The annual and renewed Yritystä Stadiin event was held at Vanha Ylioppilastalo for the seventh time by Helsingin Yrittäjät. Its aim was to offer information on useful services for entrepreneurs and give the participants a chance to network.

The first week of Come to Sauna was a blast!
We had Taneli Tikka as a guest speaker for this month’s Aaltoes Talk. Taneli is an experienced serial entrepreneur and angel investor, and at the moment, he’s filling his time as the managing director of Wunderkraut.
The Sauna is filled with people working – which is an exciting turn of events – as the Startup Sauna program started this week.
In addition, one of the Sauna teams is giving out promo codes to their application!

We had John, the “Resident Hitchhiker” of GitHub drop by Startup Sauna to chat about the culture of the famed hosting service/social network for software developers, and they way they work.
On 5th of April 2013, Startup Crawl took place in central Helsinki. More than 80 excited participants and five wonderful startups made this event absolutely awesome. And of course, we had a great afterparty with our crawlers and hosts at Helmi.

Aaltoes and the amazing folks at ADD LAB (Aalto Digital Design Laboratory) combined our forces for last weekend to organize a hackathon around 3D printing. The weekend was filled with playing with CAD, printing prototypes and discussing business models.
